Volunteer

Volunteers are an essential part in making the Austin Science & Engineering Festival and Expo a success. We have Volunteer opportunities available now and available through the month of October. Assignments vary and are designed to work with your schedule. Please review and sign up NOW!

As a volunteer, you will receive a huge abrazo, a Festival T-shirt, and the satisfaction that you helped make the celebration of Science and Engineering in Central Texas a huge success!

Before the Expo: We need assistance with everything from outreach campaigns (media, exhibitors, partners, events, etc) to distributing posters to schools and libraries. If you can help, please let us know.

Information booths: Smiling Faces needed for Information Booths to provide general Expo information to Festival attendees and answer questions. This will be a fun job! If you are a people-person, please sign up.

Festival Ambassadors: More Smiling Faces needed as Festival Ambassadors. Ambassadors will be stationed throughout the Austin Convention Center, Festival area, providing general information to Expo-goers (hand out maps; direct people to the nearest restrooms; medical tent or information booth for more information, etc).
